The step-by-step plan is a recommendation to achieve the desired effect during and after your spa visit.
Strict adherence to this plan is not mandatory but highly recommended. If you deviate from the time limits or (cooling-off) methods, heat buildup in your body may occur, which could cause dizziness or even fainting.
The use of bath slippers is mandatory.
It is also recommended to use the restroom before your spa visit.
Step 1 | Shower

Step 2 | Drying Off
This step is necessary to allow the hot air in the sauna to reach your skin. Entering the cabin while still wet will prevent sweating and the cleansing of your pores. It is also not pleasant for you and your company if the benches become wet.
Step 3 | Sauna or Steam Room (6 – 20 minutes)
Keep your flip-flops outside the cabins.
The minimum sauna duration is 6 minutes to open the pores and activate the sweat glands. Below 6 minutes, there is a small chance of heat stress because the body has not yet had time to release the absorbed heat.
The maximum recommended time is 15 minutes.
In the last 2 minutes, it is best to adopt a seated position so you do not feel dizzy when leaving the sauna.

Step 4 | Cold Rinse
Pay attention to your breathing and ensure your lungs get enough oxygen.
After the steam bath, it is best to take a cold shower, starting from your left foot and slowly working your way up. It is very important to cool down properly!
Step 5 | Hot Tub (10 – 20 minutes)
End with some relaxation in the hot tub. The cooled body is gradually brought back to temperature.
If you start sweating again while in the hot tub, it is important to repeat Step 5, followed by Step 6, to avoid potential heat stress.
